Ruben Loendersloot
Ruben has the unique talent of bringing people and organizations together. Quickly switching between process and content, he is able to bring movement to projects, with quickly measurable results. Ruben is trained as a traffic engineer and has developed himself in generic traffic engineering, bicycle mobility, traffic management and complex traffic complexes. In addition to his work as a content advisor, Ruben enjoys acting as day chairman and regularly points out traffic issues in the media.

Nicole Hablé
Nicole studied History and Political Science and after working experiences in Sweden, the United States and Switzerland she chose Italy as her home country. After 20+ years of Marketing and Business Development in the Profit and NGO sector, her activities in recent years have been increasingly focused on Green Mobility. In particular as Senior Economic Advisor and coordinator of sustainable mobility projects at the Dutch Embassy in Rome. For Loendersloot Consultancy, Nicole is involved in exploring new BD opportunities in the DACH region. Nicole is also external advisor to the Italian Foundation for Sustainable Development and member of the scientific committee of the Bikeconomy Observatory.

Aoife O’Donnell
Aoife‘s passion for transportation and spatial planning arose from her childhood experiences in a car-dependent village in Ireland. She earned a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and environmental policy from University College Dublin and gained work experience at a planning consultancy. The desire to make cycling safer in Ireland led Aoife to pursue a master’s degree in Spatial Planning at Radboud University Nijmegen. In her work, she strives to make safe and sustainable mobility solutions available to all.

Álvaro Vega
Alvaro Vega is an urban planner and sociologist with experience in spatial planning, sustainable mobility and tactical urbanism. His work focuses on designing urban spaces that are people-centered and promote common well-being. He has participated in urban renewal projects, spatial analyses and local plans for active mobility in Spain and Colombia.

Fulvio Testaverde
Fulvio is passionate about inclusive mobility, participatory planning and leveraging diverse data sources to improve representation and decision-making. He is driven by innovations that deliver meaningful social and environmental impact.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Industrial Product Design from the Polytechnic School of Milan and a Master of Science in Spatial Planning: Urban and Regional Mobility from Radboud University in Nijmegen, Netherlands.

Juan David Roldán
Juan David grew up in Colombia and pursued a master’s degree in Urban Management and Development at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Back in Colombia, he led initiatives such as the National Active Mobility Strategy and the National Determined Contributions (NDC) for the transportation sector, where Colombia set the goal of increasing active mobility by at least 5%. Juan David enjoys contributing to transformations in sustainable mobility and environmental policy. He has extensive public policy experience in various sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, environment and energy.

Valentina Travaglini
Valentina studied Architecture and Urban Planning in Lima - Peru and did a master’s degree in Urban Planning and Policy Design at Politecnico di Milano in Milan - Italy. She worked on different project scenarios related to urban planning, identifying and understanding problems, proposing guidelines, policies and solutions to finally present master plans. She enjoys working in a team and is results-oriented.
